Hi everybody,

How are you?Hope and wish you are enjoying life.

Due to the physical distance and because of the hectic schedule of many I am unable to reach each one of you personally. I thought this is only way to reach all of you.Please bare with me for the same.It would be great if sometime later we all could meet at some place.
Ok guys,Coming to the issue.

A couple of day ago we had been to NLK.Mr.Harikumar has plans to shift the 20 children from Thrichungode where they are

Can we join hands and help him in that process.We are close to 25 as of know ,sure this number would increase in the coming days.Can we 25 join in bringing smiles to those 20 children.?

The idea is to start a small organization among our self .This action plan is below , which can be modified based on your feedback and the experience we get…..

a)Make a monthly contribution towards the fund generation. We will have two slabs for making contribution
1)Rs500 2.)Rs250
b)The idea was floated even before ,but we couldn’t carry it forward.
The major difficulty identified was in transferring the amount. We are in the process of opening a account in ICICI solely for this purpose. Will let you know the details as and when the account is opened.
c)We can make the contribution by e-transferring the amount through net banking.
d)Sometimes because of the hectic scheduled we may forget to do the same.
Some one among us will take the responsibility of reminding the folks.
e)If you feel it as a tedious process, you can send your Post dated Cheques...Before enchasing the same
you will informed...In any case if you don't want the cheque to be encashed for that month...you can tell that.
f)Each month we will be circulating the details about the money collected.
g)We will be spending the amount on the needs of the children their
1.Accomadation
] 2.Food
3.Clothings
4.Education
Iam not sure whether with the amount we collect we will be able to support them completely, But sure in the coming days more people would join us and we will be able to do that.
h)Each month we will be circulating the exact details about how the money was spent.

The two slabs is in keeping in mind the different ecnominc constraints each one will have.The ecnomic situation of some may not allow them to join immediately. They can join as and when they wish and are able to do.But please do inform about your decision.
The idea of fixing it as either 500 or 250 ,is that it we will have a better idea of the amount we will have each month with us and plan accordingly.Please do mail back with your suggestion, comments and the amount which you would like to contribute ASAP.We need to have this functioning by next month.
